When you add guests to your event, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share their contact information with us. Guest data (names, emails, RSVP responses) is used solely to provide the service and is never shared with other event organizers or used for marketing.

• Service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery)
• Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Event data is retained for 90 days after event deletion. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the service.
